Join us on February 4, 2020 at Cannabis Retail: Everything You Need to Open a Store or Build a Retail Brand in a Post-Lottery World

On February 4, 2020 the Torkin Manes Cannabis Law Group, along with a select group of industry experts from the fields of cannabis banking, finance, insurance, inventory management, marketing and branding, will be delivering a half-day seminar at the Toronto Board of Trade covering everything you need to know to open a cannabis retail store or build a retail brand in Ontario in the post-lottery system.

The Torkin Manes Cannabis Law Group has proudly worked on over 30% of all of the cannabis retail stores that were allocated through the two lotteries conducted by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In addition, our lawyers have successfully assisted clients in obtaining retail sales licenses in every other Canadian province which allows for the private ownership of cannabis retail, including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Newfoundland. In so doing, our team has developed unparalleled expertise in advising clients through the complexities of licensing and opening retail cannabis stores in the province of Ontario and throughout the country.

Our Cannabis Law Group and select industry experts will be imparting lessons learned to help retailers and brand partners successfully open cannabis retail stores and/or develop retail brands in the post-lottery world.

We look forward to seeing you in February!
